Do we need a server for Rerun?
No. Agents run in a Box hosted by Rerun and connected to your tools. Nothing to install or maintain on the infrastructure side.
Who maintains the agents?
We do, if you want: reviewing runs, adjusting instructions, keeping connectors up to date. You keep full access to carry on without us.
What if an agent gets a real customer wrong?
That is what approvals are for. Anything that commits the business waits for a human, and errors raise alerts.
How many agents to start?
One. We tune it for a few weeks on a precise job, then add the next when the first delivers.
